We want every experience with CashPro Vault to be joyful, educational, and memorable. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet expectations, we offer a fair and simple return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving the order

All original components (manuals, accessories, tags) are included
Please note: Products marked as final sale, custom kits, or limited-run educational sets may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will guide you through the return process, including where to send your item and how to package it securely.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and approved, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method. We’ll notify you by email once your refund is on its way.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or model, we encourage placing a new order once your return is complete.
